VISION
The Savoir-Faire Academy team engages in empowering clients to become socially adaptable in various situations. Savoir-Faire is a determining factor for success. Social skills and Emotional Intelligence is a combination of how the individual manages their own emotional state.

MISSION
The Savoir-Faire Academy is committed to working with clients to gain a full understanding of how to manage their emotions. This academy will embrace Howard Gardener’s Theory of Multiple Intelligence. Clients are encouraged to provide response to other people in various settings. We believe that every client excels with different types of intelligence.

At Savoir-Faire Academy, our parent coaching sessions are customized to your family needs. We help parents understand children's behavior as well as how to improve behaviors without passing judgement. Provide supports for a variety of parenting issues.

Special Education consultations include guiding parents in understanding the IEP process. We build your capacity to be your child's advocate.

Gardener’s Theory
Indicates that we each have all of these intelligence but not all of these areas are developed equally. The eight areas of intelligence are logical, mathematical, visual, spatial, verbal linguistic, intrapersonal, body, and kinesthetic, interpersonal, musical, rhythmic, naturalist.

Meetings held:
Wednesdays - 4:30pm
The Savoir-Faire Academy meets on Wednesdays at 4:30 PM. Clients need a signed permission from parents in order to participate. Additionally, clients must be accompanied by a trusted adult, who maybe a parent, guardian or childcare provider. Each session lasts for 45 minutes to one hour.
